I came across this tune when researching the Cape Breton Highland Collection but elected not to include it since it is found in The Skye Collection. First published by the Queen's piper, Wm. Ross c.1869. In order to give it a symetrical structure, his 2nd turn was repeated. These were his instructions:
" All three part Strathspeys and reels should be played as 4 part for dancing, by playing the 2nd part after the third"

Instead, above I have added a variation for the 4th turn.
