GCAG-bk-dvd Glengarry Collection Vol. 1 by Angus Grant - with Online Video $29.95
This collection was lovingly produced by three of Angus' fiddling friends from America. It includes both traditional and original tunes complemented by stories and photos to put the music in context. The new edition of the book comes with links to online video content instead of a DVD ... but this is still the same an hour and a half production (mostly of Angus himself playing tunes in a West Highland style)

There is also a 2nd Collection which is similar in production.

Difficult to Categorize - Many of our Cape Breton books contain otherwise unavailable Scottish repertoire. Also of note is an influential late 19th century Irish-American compilation known as Ryan's Mammoth Collection. Popular in Cape Breton, during the mid- 20th century it was readily available throughout North America in an inexpensive edition known as 1000 Fiddle Tunes. It too contains many tunes which originated in Scotland.
